Our History

David’s Flooring is a family owned and operated business proudly serving the Connecticut and New York area since 1999. We are conveniently located at 507 Danbury Rd Plaza in New Milford CT.

We manage each and every detail of your flooring project – From material selection and specification to project planning, installation, and maintenance planning. Our expert team of designers and installers will make sure that your renovation project will be a great and easy experience from start to finish, our main priority is our clients and we take pride in what we do.

We originally contracted for hardwood floor installation which required carpet and tile removal. We then had all of the baseboard and moldings replaced along with all interior doors and closet doors. We also had new granite countertops installed with a glass tile backsplash. David Rojas and his crew were extremely professional and very knowledgeable. They work incredibly long hours and pay attention to every detail.. Thanks to David our house has been transformed. He did such an amazing job, we had him install a stone veneer on our fireplace changing it from ordinary to extraordinary. We are hoping to have David come back to install hardwood, new cabinets, and countertops in our in-law apartment. Working with David’s Flooring has been a wonderful experience and we appreciate everything they did to make what could have been a stressful time fun and exciting. We are delighted with the end result and found his pricing fair and competitive.

Laminate Flooring

Dave’s Flooring removed ceramic tile, repaired the damaged cement foundation, and installed a laminate floor in my 2000 sq foot finished basement. The work was excellent. It was done in a professional manner and in the time promised,

Bathroom Tile

David’s Flooring has done work at two locations for us. On the first one we originally wanted to put a wood floor in our kitchen, but when they showed us some of the newer vinyl products that had the look and feel of real wood without the wear and tear we were sold. Our kitchen had looks of cuts and areas to level off with stone and carpeting and David did an outstanding job. He is a true craftsman. After that we hired him to install and tile a shower at an apartment we own. We left the pattern and layout up to him and he blew us away. Our tenants are thrilled!

I was looking for a tile installer in New Milford and I come across David’s Flooring, I decided to call and schedule an estimate. I meet with David a few days later and I stopped by his store to choose the tile floor.

Hardwood Refinished

We had David’s Flooring refinish the wood floors in our new (old) home. The floors were original to the house and were in pretty dingy shape. With sanding and 3 coats of polyurethane David brought our wood floors back to life and they look amazing. He also has the dust-free sander with the vacuum attachment so the dust/mess was minimal. We would highly recommend David’s Flooring and will certainly use them for our future flooring needs!!

Kitchen Remodeling

I contracted David’s Flooring to install my kitchens back splash tile and floor tile for our renovation. His wife was so helpful when I was picking out both tiles. We have used him before on very small project and was very happy then so we hired him for our big project the kitchen they kept our project within our budget and the quality of the tile was excellent. His service was excellent and the finish results were awesome. Couldn’t have ask for better quality and the one on one help. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
